This ambitious project involves interstate highways I-20, I-820 and US 286. The project involves road widening, reconstruction of frontage roads, widening and replacement of frontage roads. Bicycle and pedestrian paths are also foreseen.

FHECOR has developed the tender design for the structures of two segments plus the layout, drainage, and MOT of one segment. The RFP has however been moved back to 2022.
