Fhecor Ingenieros Consultores has participated in the refurbishment of the Hotel Teatro Albéniz located on Carretas Street nº 10 in Madrid, defining the construction project of the actions and carrying out the construction management of structures.

There are two buildings, one towards Carretas street with hotel use and another towards Paz street, with the theater and, on the upper floors, above the entrance, also with hotel use.

Works have been defined in the structures project to completely update 6 stairs of vertical communication between all floors, 7 new elevators. Renovation of all slabs of metal joists, removing the infilling and adding deck slabs. Refurbishment of the roofs with new loads of facilities and replacement of the roof of the theater to house a terrace and a swimming pool.
